The Virtual Conference Website will be available starting March 1, 2021 for all registered conference attendees. The event will be live and available for access for a minimum of one year after the event.

Presentation Formats
There are two presentation formats for the conference.

Live
Live virtual sessions will be conducted in real-time without any pre-recorded portions of the presentation. The live virtual session may contain oral presentations, slide presentations, panel discussion and attendee interaction using polling, chat and/or Q&A.

Pre-recorded/Simulive
Pre-recorded / Simulive sessions have a portion that is pre-recorded with live/real time speaker Q&A and a chat amongst attendees.  The session has the appearance of being “live” to attendees. Speakers will pre-record their presentation AND also attend the session LIVE, typically wearing the same attire.  During the streaming of the pre-recorded session, speakers monitor the Chat and the Q&A, prior to appearing on camera live to address the questions with attendees.

For pre-recordings, you will be offered times to sign up starting in mid- thru late February.

For all Speakers - Technical Assessment in Late February
All speakers will be prompted to sign up for 10-15-minute Technical Assessment, ensuring your video, audio, and lighting qualities are optimized for your recording or live session.

  • Use easy-to-read fonts such as Arial and Times New Roman

  • Keep text to a minimum (6-8 lines per slide, no more than 30 words per slide)
  • Write in sentence fragments using key words.
  • Avoid unusual colors and busy backgrounds
  • Limit the use of animations, builds, or effects
  • Avoid embedded videos in your PowerPoint presentation
  • Avoid sound effects and background music
  • Remember to proofread the slides, and to rehearse your slide presentations including a focus on length of time for delivery.
  • Presenter contact information should be included on the last slide, so that attendees may reach you should they have additional questions.
