After careful thought and consideration of the ongoing developments with COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person FSPHP 30th Anniversary Conference: Leading the Way in Physician Health in San Diego. We will miss engaging in person with our cherished membership, colleagues and industry partners to our mission. 

Outlined below is some helpful information regarding meeting registration and travel arrangements.

How will FSPHP’s 2020 Annual Meeting hotel rooms be canceled and refunded?

To cancel your hotel room at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Diego, you must contact the hotel directly by calling 1-800-233-1234 or online at www.hyatt.com/reservation/find.  You will need the original name the reservation was booked in, the confirmation number and also the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation.  Your credit card should NOT have been charged at the time your reservation was made, therefore, a hotel refund is not required. If your reservation is canceled 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you should not be charged one night’s room and tax.

What should I do about my travel arrangements?
You should cancel your travel arrangements with your airline directly as soon as possible. For airfare, it is up to the individual airlines if they will waive change fees or issue credits for the entirety of tickets. Most airlines have relaxed all change and cancellation fees.

Will my Annual Meeting 2020 Registration Fee be refunded?
All registration fees will be refunded in full and they will be automatically processed by FSPHP.   At this time, there is no action required on your part, and there is no need to contact FSPHP to initiate this reimbursement. Please note, refunds will be processed and reimbursed as quickly as possible through the registrant’s original method of payment. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the logistical issues this has created.  

What if I am a meeting sponsor and/or exhibitor?  What does that mean for my sponsorship or exhibitor fees?
We value our partnerships with our sponsors and exhibitors. We are tremendously grateful to you for your support.   We will issue you a full refund for all sponsorship and exhibitor fees received for the 2020 Annual Meeting.  Please note, refunds will be processed and reimbursed as quickly as possible through the registrant’s original method of payment. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the logistical issues this has created.  

Save the Date for 2021!
We look forward to having the opportunity to bring our community together again, face-to-face, in 2021. Our 2021 FSPHP Annual Education Conference & Business Meeting will occur, April 29 – May 2, 2021 at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, MN.
