Health and Safety

Your safety is our number one priority. When visiting any new city, it is advised to use precautions and be aware of your surroundings. One of the most helpful things you can do when exploring a new city is to spend some time getting familiar with the area before you go and travel in groups.

For your general safety:

  • Please always wear your badge within the meeting location hotel. Your badge will be required for admittance to all meeting sessions.
  • If you witness an incident or suspicious behavior, call 911 immediately.
  • When calling 911, be sure to provide a detailed description of the individual(s) including approximate height, weight, clothing, or other unique characteristics.
  • Stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.
  • Monitor any personal valuables while in transit to and from or while attending meeting sessions.
  • Travel with a companion whenever possible.

Code of Conduct

FSPHP strives for a positive experience for everyone at our events from beginning to end. We welcome the diversity of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff and will not tolerate discriminatory behavior by or towards anyone participating in our events (whether in person or virtually). By attending any FSPHP event, you agree to respect and be kind to everyone present, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability. This Code provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior.

Communicable Diseases

May 11, 2023, marked the end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) declaration.  FSPHP continues to take preventative measures to reduce the spread of Communicable Diseases.
