One of the most helpful things you can do when exploring a new city is to spend some time getting familiar with the area before you go and travel in groups. For your general safety:
Code of Conduct FSPHP strives for a positive experience for everyone at our events from beginning to end. We welcome the diversity of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff and will not tolerate discriminatory behavior by or towards anyone participating in our events (whether in person or virtually). By attending any FSPHP event, you agree to respect and be kind to everyone present, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability. This Code provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior. Communicable Diseases May 11, 2023, marked the end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) declaration. FSPHP continues to take preventative measures to reduce the spread of Communicable Diseases. FSPHP cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract a Communicable Disease at the event. As a participant in the upcoming FSPHP Annual Meeting, you agree to abide by all applicable health and safety related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the hotel, FSPHP, as well as the CDC, the City of Baltimore, and any other governmental authority while in attendance. I understand the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by a Communicable Disease by attending the Annual Meeting. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full personal responsibility for my participation in the Annual Meeting. In doing so, I release FSPHP, and all of their staff and contractors from liability should I become ill, directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Annual Meeting. COVID-19 Testing and Masks: Attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 only if they are exhibiting symptoms prior to or at any point during the FSPHP 2026 Education Conference and Annual Membership Meeting – Navigating Change: Challenges, Solutions, and Success. While attending the Annual Meeting, attendees should not participate if they feel ill or test positive for COVID- 19.
