Linda R. Bresnahan, MS
Executive Director & CEO

Mrs. Bresnahan joined the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs in July 2016 as Executive Director. She works in collaboration with the FSPHP Board of Directors to implement and manage the FSPHP strategic priorities including accountability, consistency and excellence for its member Physician Health Programs. She is involved in policy development, organizational development, fiscal planning, membership support, recruitment and the renewal processes, membership communications.  Read more

Chris Bundy, MD, MPH, FAPA, FASAM
Chief Medical Officer 

Dr. Bundy, a Past President of FSPHP, is the Executive Medical Director of the Washington Physicians Health Program (WPHP) and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, University of Washington School of Medicine and Clinical Associate Professor at Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine at Washington State University. He is board certified in general and geriatric psychiatry and addiction medicine and is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. In 2021, Dr. Bundy was honored with the Washington State Medical Association President’s Unsung Hero Award, and in 2025, he received the Presidential Recognition Award from FSPHP.  Dr. Bundy draws on his experience as a health-care leader, medical educator, and physician in recovery to support education and advocacy efforts related to physician health and well-being.

Sandra Savage
Membership Engagement & Communications Manager

Sandra Savage is the FSPHP Membership Engagement & Communications Manager, handling all membership support activities, including resources for our website, newsletter development, e-list oversite, regional meeting planning, membership applications and renewals, and committee support. Sandra an extensive background in nonprofit membership associations and tradeshow management.

 

Melissa Strok
Executive Assistant & Association Project Coordinator

Melissa serves as a key partner to the Executive Director, providing high-level executive support and assisting with the tracking of association projects and outreach efforts. In this role, she supports the Executive Director’s schedule and priorities, coordinates travel and logistics, helps keep key timelines in view across core initiatives, and supports FSPHP’s visibility by helping to prepare presentations, related materials and communications.

Melissa brings extensive experience in executive administration, project coordination, and association management from roles in mission-driven organizations, including the Society for College and University Planning and the University of Michigan. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep complex projects moving forward. Melissa holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Dorsey Business School.

Melissa lives in Michigan with her husband and children and enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Hernandez
Meeting Planning Assistant

Jennifer Hernandez joined the FSPHP in September 2024 and will provide part-time logistical planning support for the Annual Conference. Jennifer brings more than 20 years of conference and event planning experience to the FSPHP. Her career has primarily focused on meeting and events planning for the pharma and biotech industries, and she has experience planning meetings for patient advocacy groups and other non-profit patient foundations. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). 

Jolie Estes, MS, CAE 
Accreditation & Project Specialist

Jolie Estes, MS, CAE serves as the Accreditation & Project Specialist for the Federation of State Physician Health Programs (FSPHP), where she supports the Performance Enhancement and Effectiveness Review (PEER) program and the FSPHP Evaluation and Treatment Accreditation™ (FSPHP-ETA™) Program. In this role, she coordinates application reviews, site visit preparations, and stakeholder communications, leveraging over two decades of expertise in accreditation, compliance management, and nonprofit operations.  Jolie also provides support across multiple FSPHP committees and initiatives

Prior to joining FSPHP, Jolie held executive roles with organizations such as the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) of Washington, where she served as CEO and Training Director, and Gayle Stewart Enterprises, an international association management firm. She is also the founder of Charity Rising, a consultancy providing comprehensive management support to mission-driven organizations.

Jolie’s career has spanned both domestic and international settings—including service at United States Fleet Activities in Japan—and is marked by her strength in process improvement, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and grant administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Memphis, and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
