Sandra Savage is the FSPHP Membership Engagement & Communications Manager, handling all membership support activities, including resources for our website, newsletter development, e-list oversite, regional meeting planning, membership applications and renewals, and committee support. Sandra an extensive background in nonprofit membership associations and tradeshow management.

Melissa Strok
Executive Assistant & Association Project Coordinator
Melissa serves as a key partner to the Executive Director, providing high-level executive support and assisting with the tracking of association projects and outreach efforts. In this role, she supports the Executive Director’s schedule and priorities, coordinates travel and logistics, helps keep key timelines in view across core initiatives, and supports FSPHP’s visibility by helping to prepare presentations, related materials and communications.
Melissa brings extensive experience in executive administration, project coordination, and association management from roles in mission-driven organizations, including the Society for College and University Planning and the University of Michigan. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep complex projects moving forward. Melissa holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Dorsey Business School.
Melissa lives in Michigan with her husband and children and enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Hernandez
Meeting Planning Assistant
Jennifer Hernandez joined the FSPHP in September 2024 and will provide part-time logistical planning support for the Annual Conference. Jennifer brings more than 20 years of conference and event planning experience to the FSPHP. Her career has primarily focused on meeting and events planning for the pharma and biotech industries, and she has experience planning meetings for patient advocacy groups and other non-profit patient foundations. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
