Donate Now!

Help us raise $14,000 ($3,500 per region) in donations through December 31, 2026!

Your support directly advances FSPHP's mission and will help support these FSPHP key initiatives:

  • Elevating best practices. FSPHP has deployed the Performance Enhancement and Effectiveness Review™ (PEER™) Program to provide a standard for best practice for PHPs and other health programs serving safety-sensitive professionals, and the Evaluation and Treatment Accreditation™ (FSPHP-ETA™) program offers accreditation to organizations with the experience and expertise to evaluate and treat health professionals in these roles.
  • Expanding research and knowledge. FSPHP is building a critical data infrastructure to collect, analyze, and disseminate data. This knowledge base will inform best practices for PHPs while also supporting policymaking and education efforts.
  • Raising awareness and access to help. FSPHP is collaborating with state and national partners to expand education, develop video content, and continue advocacy to remove intrusive mental health questions from licensure and credentialing applications and other barriers to help seeking and PHP utilization.

Generous philanthropic support in 2025 helped FSPHP to accomplish the following:

These efforts strengthen PHPs and help ensure that healthcare professionals can access trusted, confidential support when they need it.
