The FSPHP 2026 Education Conference and Annual Membership Meeting – Navigating Change: Challenges, Solutions, and Success is NOT affiliated with a housing company. Please be careful if approached by any company or service claiming to be an official housing provider for FSPHP. In the past, FSPHP has been made aware of travel companies that are entirely fraudulent, misleading exhibitors and attendees with false information. Please note that you can ONLY book a room in the Federation of State Physician Health Program’s block by using the above link. If you are contacted by a housing company trying to sell hotel rooms for this conference, please contact FSPHP at [email protected].

TRANSPORTATION

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is just 15 miles away. The hotel is only two blocks northwest from Camden Station, where you can take the Light Rail Link and ride it to and from the airport. Click here for station information.

PARKING

Overnight Self-Parking for hotel guests only, in and out privileges available at $36.00 per night. 

PAYMENTS AND INCIDENTALS HOLD ON CREDIT CARD

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is a cash-free environment and is no longer exchanging or accepting cash as a payment. All major credit cards are accepted.
During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional amount per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room.
These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction.
Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days.
It’s strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.

SMOKING POLICY

The hotel is a smoke- and drug-free facility. Should we find any evidence of this, there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your room.
