Jon A. Shapiro, MD, DABAM, FASAM, MRO Northeast Region Director, 2021-2023
Dr. Shapiro has worked in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and now concentrates on Addiction Medicine. He currently serves on the board of directors of Eagleville Hospital, a long running center of excellence in substance abuse. He is a graduate of the University of Pa. medical school with residency at the Thomas Jefferson University hospital. He is the lead physician for Philadelphia for ARS, an outpatient provider of substance use services. Outside interests include reading fiction, biking, skiing and kayaking.
