Accreditation & Project Specialist
Jolie Estes, MS, CAE serves as the Accreditation & Project Specialist for the Federation of State Physician Health Programs (FSPHP), where she supports the Performance Enhancement and Effectiveness Review (PEER) program and the FSPHP Evaluation and Treatment Accreditation™ (FSPHP-ETA™) Program. In this role, she coordinates application reviews, site visit preparations, and stakeholder communications, leveraging over two decades of expertise in accreditation, compliance management, and nonprofit operations. Jolie also provides support across multiple FSPHP committees and initiatives
Prior to joining FSPHP, Jolie held executive roles with organizations such as the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) of Washington, where she served as CEO and Training Director, and Gayle Stewart Enterprises, an international association management firm. She is also the founder of Charity Rising, a consultancy providing comprehensive management support to mission-driven organizations.
Jolie’s career has spanned both domestic and international settings—including service at United States Fleet Activities in Japan—and is marked by her strength in process improvement, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and grant administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Memphis, and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
