Kay O’Shea is the Program Director of the Missouri Physicians Health Program (MPHP). She has been a crucial part of the MPHP’s success since October of 2008. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Fontbonne University and a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling from Aspen University. In 2012, she became a Missouri Certified Alcohol and Drug Counseling and in 2018 began Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Kay currently serves on the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs’ (FSPHP) PEER Committee, Medical Student Committee, and recently stepped down from the Nomination Committee. For 28 years prior to joining MPHP, she focused her business management talents working with various educational nonprofit organizations.
